Shipping policy

Where we deliver

We deliver across Pakistan.

How long it takes

Every piece is made to order in our own workshop and is usually ready in 2 to 3 weeks. We confirm the delivery date with you before we dispatch.

Delivery cost

Delivery is quoted per order. The fee depends on your city and the piece, and we confirm it with you, together with the final price, before we start. It does not change afterwards.

On delivery

Our team carries the piece in, unwraps it, sets it up where you want it and takes the packaging away. Please check the piece when it arrives and tell us straight away if anything is wrong.

Questions

Message us on WhatsApp with your city and the piece you like, and we will confirm delivery and timing. See also our returns policy and delivery and help page.
